Your Role in Helping Patients:
- As a Hospice RN, you’ll provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and their families.
- You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, create personalized care plans, and be a guiding light in patients' final journey.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A valid RN license in Michigan.
- A passion for providing compassionate hospice care.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- A heart full of empathy and dedication.
